In each class, I welcome beginners and accommodate people with special requirements while challenging more advanced yoga practitioners. I like to make sure that everyone gets special and personal attention.
Classes at Shanti Vana
Feel free and join us for Yoga Class in Shanti Vana. Our group classes are every Sunday at 8am from May to November and they are by donation.
Weather permits we practice on the outdoor Yoga Platform, or in a spacious Yoga Room overlooking The Peace Labyrinth and a valley with beaver pond.
