Yoga for Healthy Joints and Bones -January 31 — February 4, 2017, Bahamas This course combines the Five Points of Yoga, with elements of Ayurvedic guidelines and expands into recreational therapy. In theory and practice sessions designed to prevent bone-loss, support bone strength and decrease joints inflammation individual will learn how to increase spinal flexibility, build core strength, and improve general mobility with appropriate adjustments for healthy happy aging.
